My Vision and Goal

Dream and vision of balloons

I'm building an end-to-end training playbook. For everyone. Whether you're directly involved in training or just curious, there's something here for you.

Working title: "Lets Be Real About Training"

The goal? Map out the full training process - no BS. From needs analysis all the way to reporting. Throwing in plenty of "best ways to" tips for designing, delivering, and running training/facilitation/roleplay workshops. While leveling up your public speaking game.

Expect practical stories, real examples, useful data, and tips backed by experience not theory.

I'll be publishing these as a series of articles and gradually map out the full process. My approach will be blunt, direct, and no-nonsense because being real about training is how we all get better.

Below are a few planned articles (with working titles). This whole playbook is a work in progress, so feedback, questions, comments, or suggestions are always welcome. Just shoot me an email!
